Yes. Dr. Singh sees patients both in-person at his Fremont, CA office and via telehealth for patients throughout the Greater Bay Area and California.
Dr. Singh is an out-of-network provider. We collect payment upfront and provide a SuperBill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
A SuperBill is an itemized receipt with all the billing codes your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. We provide this after each visit so you can submit it directly to your insurer.
MAT combines FDA-approved medications (such as buprenorphine/Suboxone for opioid use disorder, or naltrexone for alcohol use disorder) with counseling and lifestyle support. It is an evidence-based approach that significantly improves outcomes in addiction treatment.
Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Dr. Singh will review your medical and psychiatric history, understand your current concerns, and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. Visits are conducted in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
Yes. All communications and records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA. There are limited legal exceptions (such as imminent safety concerns), which Dr. Singh will explain during your first visit.
