Primary services
Mental health optimization

ADHD · Anxiety · Depression · Bipolar · Psychosis · Sleep

Comprehensive psychiatric medication management for adults who want expert, individualized care — not a 15-minute prescription refill.

  • ADHD (stimulants and non-stimulant alternatives)
  • Generalized and social anxiety
  • Depression and bipolar disorder
  • Psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective)
  • Mood dysregulation and emotional instability
  • Sleep and circadian rhythm optimization
  • Executive function and lifestyle integration
  • General psychiatric care and medication management
Addiction & dual diagnosis

Alcohol · Cannabis · Opioids · Co-occurring SUD

The combination most practices refuse to treat together — substance use disorders managed alongside psychiatric conditions.

  • Alcohol: naltrexone (oral + Vivitrol), acamprosate
  • Cannabis: naltrexone, evidence-based support
  • Opioids: buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade)
  • ADHD, anxiety, and mood treated alongside recovery
  • Stabilization-first sequencing for dual diagnosis
Lifestyle & metabolic medicine

Metabolic health · Cardiometabolic risk · Behavioral change

Lab-informed metabolic monitoring integrated with psychiatric care — because insulin resistance and cardiometabolic risk directly affect mood and cognition.

  • Metabolic lab panel: HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipids, liver function
  • Cardiometabolic monitoring for patients on psychiatric medications
  • GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide) where clinically appropriate
  • Nutrition, exercise, and sleep hygiene as medicine
  • Lifestyle integration at every visit
Every patient is screened at intake for both substance use and metabolic health. If co-occurring issues are identified, treatment is coordinated within the same practice — no separate referral required.
